The purchase of products from our company is governed by these terms and conditions.

The descriptions and pictures on the website are a guide to the style and look of our products.
We try to make them as accurate as possible but cannot be held responsible for minor differences.
Please be aware that some products may have sharp edges, therefore customers must be careful when handling these products.

This Contract shall be construed and governed in all respects by English Law and all disputes
arising under or relating to the Contract shall be the subject of the jurisdiction of the Courts
in England to which our company and the customer hereby submit.
A full refund will be given to customers in the event of goods being faulty.
Our company take no responsibility for health problems that may be caused due to the use of our electronic smoking products.

 To the extent allowed by the law, our company shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the services or products sold from or referred to on this site in the following circumstances:
for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made
for losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of our company or their suppliers for business
losses and/or losses to non consumers.

 Prices quoted are in pounds sterling. Prices are subject to alteration by our company without prior notice.
Price amendments will only be made prior to contract. Duty and taxes will be charged at the rates prevailing at the time of despatch.
Delivery and credit card charges are additional.

 Although our best effort will be made to dispatch customers orders within 24-48 hours from the time of orders being placed please allow 7-10 days
Working days are Mondays to Fridays except public holidays. All cartridges that we sell are sent royal mail 1st class post we will not be held responsible
for any loss or damage of goods whilst in the postal system if you require insurance protection of cartridges i.e. protection of goods being lost
whilst in the postal system or damaged whilst in the postal system that you order then please contact us before you make your order and
we will make relevant arrangements for an extra cost.

Title of goods remains with our company until we have received full payment of all sums due on whatsoever account

 Anybody that has a demonstrated sensitivity to nicotine or who is pregnant or breastfeeding or who has a heart condition or any other medical condition should always
