Charging the electronic cigarette battery
When you charge the electronic cigarette battery please make sure that you have put the battery far enough into the charger, the charger indicator light will change colour to show that your battery is connected and charging.

When replacing the electronic cigarette cartridge avoid losing any cartridge liquid by keeping the cartridge plug end up whilst fitting to the atomizer.

Atomizer maintenance
To get the most out of your atomizer make sure that you clean it regularly  the best way to clean the atomizer is to buy some canned air and just spray it in the small hole in the atomizer doing this regularly should avoid any potential blocking.

Removing the battery when not in use
Whilst the battery is connected to the atomizer the electronic cigarette is in standby mode, meaning that it is using electric if your not going to use your cigarette for more than a couple of hours e.g. When you go to bed, and you want to retain the power in the battery simply unscrew the battery from the atomizer.

What to do if the electronic cigarette fails to smoke?
First off if you haven't changed your cartridge for a while that is the best thing to try first, next check the battery is fully charged if in doubt give the battery a full charge and try again or if you have got a spare battery try that. If you have tried both of these methods and you still can't get the electronic cigarette to smoke you probably need to replace your atomizer. We suggest that you buy a spare atomizer when you buy your electronic cigarette because we have found that by having 2 atomizers and alternating their use day to day it seems to increase their lifespan significantly.
